Counselling

I offer counselling sessions at a reduced rate of £35 per hour as part of my Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I aim to create a warm, accepting space for you to explore your experiences at your own pace.

Sessions are available online and are conducted under professional supervision.

I am fully insured for professional practice and operate in full compliance with GDPR requirements.

I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and follow all data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
