About
Welcome! Thank you for being here.

I am a Trainee Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (Student Member of the BACP) and qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist (Registered with the NCH) and am currently based in South London and working online and in person with clients in both English and Greek.

Alongside my therapeutic practice, I have professional experience working within the NHS, which has deepened my understanding of safeguarding, clinical responsibility, and working ethically with complex presentations.

Through my ongoing practice, I have supported clients experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, stress, and phobias, such as fear of driving, fear of flying, low confidence, queer acceptance, and relational difficulties in both personal and professional contexts.

My way of working is integrative, drawing on approaches such as psychodynamic, person-centred, and internal family systems therapy (IFS).

My work is trauma, neurodiversity-informed and dissociation-aware, and my practice is queer-trans-affirmative, offering a safe and inclusive space for all clients.

I work in full alignment with BACP, NCH and BPS Ethical Frameworks for Good Practice.
